My students have it hard enough being that most are working below grade level expectations. Now with COVID, students are having to learn in a whole different way. Remote learning is hard for everyone but my students especially have lost basic skills due to having to navigate learning in a whole different way. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will allow me to get some Boom Cards. Boom Cards are digital, self-checking, interactive activities that I can use with all my students. After a speech-language lesson I can use Boom Cards to supplement my lessons. Using Boom Cards allows my students to get more practice in the areas they are weak in by finding Boom Cards that are specific to my students IEP goals.
