When you choose to contribute to the sense of community we are building in my classroom, you are putting books in the hands of students who may not own a book at home, you are providing hands-on learning tools that may help create that light bulb moment, you are providing an option. Options are the key to success in my classroom. Many of my students have academic and cognitive deficits and perform at least two years below grade level expectations. These items benefit my students because they are multi-sensory, provide visual aids, and they are appropriately leveled for their learning needs. My students require an individualized approach, some of these resources will help me meet those individual needs. And with your help we can make it happen for each child in my classroom.
