My students will use hands-on manipulatives to enhance their knowledge in daily math skills. We participate in running the Black Bear Coffee cart each week. My students need banking skills to be successful in everyday life as well as in school. Our high school has a branch of Redstone Federal Credit Union inside the school. My students need to learn banking/money skills to be able to participate in the school setting. This assists my students in social skills and being able to function in the general setting.
