Being forced to sit in hard chairs all day is NO FUN for anyone! Flexible wiggly seats will help alleviate the long school hours we spend working on reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. My students naturally need to move around throughout our lessons and are constantly working in small groups and switching between tables. Using large, static chairs really get in the way of my students being efficient learners in the classroom. By providing the choice to use a wiggly seat my students will be able to move and wiggle while they work. My students are bright, creative and out-of-the-box thinkers. I need to get creative as well to help them navigate the classroom successfully.
