Students need active breaks to help them cope with the difficulties of social distancing and being in school with a mask on. The students need to learn lifelong health habits such as jumping rope to help them cope with stress. These ropes will be used at school. Imagine 40-50 kids all jumping rope at the same time (at a safe distance) on our new colorful playground. Children need to have physically stimulating individual activities such as jumping rope. They also need modeling from their teachers in how to be healthy.
