While we are instructing in a hybrid model and teaching during Covid, our students are not able to share equipment or may not have the proper equipment at home. Some of our students are also 100% distant learning. We are really putting an emphasis on individual fitness this year and are having our students have an understanding of muscle groups and different programs to help them reach fitness goals. These bands can help assist during our class workouts, especially since our students are not sharing equipment used in school and will also have their own band.

About my class
