Many items I chose our books that will fill my bookshelves. I chose books that will enrich the social studies curriculum with fun and exciting ways to learn. I also chose books that highlight diversity with information about women in history and influential African-Americans in history. I also found a variety of study materials including resource guides and games that will allow my students to have fun (while still learning!). Any resources outside of the books and games will be used by students for class assignments and projects. I added the laminator and laminating sheets so that I can laminate puzzles and other materials that can be easily sanitized and reused. This way my classroom is clean and sanitary, while still being eco-friendly. Help me give my students a classroom full of resources! Social studies connect to all aspects of learning. I want to set a good foundation for learning in each of my students. My students love learning and love variety. I cannot wait to watch them grow this year!
