Having a document camera will make a profound difference in my students' learning as they can follow along with me as I introduce instruction, actively model the instruction, do the instruction with them, then monitor their execution of the lesson assignment. My visually impaired student will be able to see and follow along with the rest of the class on the screen. This would be most conducive to his remote learning experience and increase his self-esteem and participation. Additionally, I could most effectively demonstrate and instruct mathematical resources/lessons. I am a self-contained class of 4th graders, and I teach EVERY subject: mathematics; science; social studies; reading; writing; grammar, math, and ELA intervention. I'll teach math, the way I learned, and as a resource, with the students' learning outcomes being proficient! I want my munchkins to LOVE mathematics and not be the adults who I hear always say " ...I hate math...".
