My students have a unique opportunity to receive color-coded Individual Student Plans (ISP). I have the privilege of creating these for my students that they can begin to see their Carnegie units starting in middle school and develop them into a college pathway tracker. The only drawback is that students don't have their plan at home with them and do not have a color-coded version. This project helps me to develop each student's individual plan and to provide each family with a copy for their home to always be visible. This is the initial phase of graduation coaching in middle school which ultimately will improve the graduation rate of this cohort for our school.
