The instruments in the current bandroom have been there for over 20 years and many are damaged beyond repeair. We have students playing on broken horns that are duct taped together just so they can participate. Unfortantely, due to Covid-19 budgets have been cut tremendously. The new Clarinet, Saxophone, Trombone, Trumpet and musical books will give our band a better sound and create a feeling of self worth within the band. Our band class is a family and many of our students bond and it gives them something to be proud of when they are able to perform in front of family and friends. My students deserve a quality musical experience. These instruments and books are the key to creating a stronger more unified band where all of my students can actively participate. My students look forward to band because they are able to create and fine tune their musical talents. The passion and determination that my students show each day is inspiring becauase I can truly see they are destined for greatness. These instruments and musical books will open new doors for my students and allow them to master new musical beats, rhythms and songs. Thank you for supporting my High Schools Band Program!
