The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students will give them the ability to create wherever they are. My goal is to have a customized art sketchbook with worksheets and guided pages that students will work on in person and at home. The pages in their sketchbooks will be aligned to the National Art Standards which will make it easy for other teachers, parents, and families to guide students and give feedback. The donations to this project will give my students a space to create that is theirs. Sketchbooks will give them a chance to practice responsibility and give them ownership of their art.
