We use graphing calculators everyday but students need time to practice in order to master the skills. A classroom set of these calculators will provide the ability to teach them in class and and check a calculator out to them for home practice. By enabling practice time at home, as well as in class, they can achieve maximum success on skills as well as on their STAAR test. Their focus can be on materials and not on how they don't have enough practice time. Technology drives the world they live in and this will provide a bridge between classroom and home.
