This is a school year like none other. I've always been a believer in hands on learning for my students. Over the years I have developed great lesson using manipulatives that are able to enhance the children's understanding of key concepts, especially in math. Unfortunately due to Covid and following our states guidelines I do not have enough of the manipulatives for students to be able to use on a daily basis safely. I will use the fraction bars to help compare fractions. The magnet tiles will be used to look at surface area and nets of shapes. I will use the tangrams for geometry lessons.
