Flexible seating will give my students the opportunity to feel empowered by taking control of their learning environment. Flexible seating allows students to pick where they work and learn. First graders need to move. Flexible seating will allow my students to wobble, rock, and bounce, which increases oxygen flow to the brain. Providing flexible seating will help my students find a comfortable spot in the classroom where they are able to stay calm and focused. A comfortable student is an engaged student! Flexible seating helps make learning fun and exciting!
