The ability to demonstrate concepts by drawing (like in Khan Academy and many other online learning platforms) is a great way to improve online lessons. In Arizona, we might be learning online for awhile. This technology will give me the tools to give my students the best education I can possibly give them while working at home. Biology is such a visual subject, with many working parts and students really struggle to see the big picture and make connections. In class, we can have a large whiteboard with concept maps to connect their learning. This is hard to accomplish online, and without the ability to draw on the computer.
