Our school has a wonderful reading intervention program that reaches scholars through 5th grade. We need a program in place for older scholars that continue to struggle with reading and may even need to be in our special education program. 1 in 5 children struggle with reading, we need to have a program in place to guide our older scholars. We hope to create an environment that allows scholars to think differently about reading and encourages them to feel successful in the classroom. Every child deserves the chance to realize their full potential.
