We will be using Google Classroom, Google Meet, other GSuite Apps, Zoom, and apps such as Notability to model with mathematics for our students who are participating in blended learning- both in person and virtually at home. One project we will focus on this year is the choice of technology, manipulatives, or standard algorithms to complete our classwork. We plan to create interactive Google Slides for virtual projects. This iPad will be used to collaborate with our students who are learning in the classroom and our students who are learning virtually from home. In our building, we share iPad carts throughout the floor, and they are not usually available to use due to a long sign-up waiting list. Our new iPad will help us to master blended learning in these new and challenging times.
