This is my first year teaching in a NYC school designated for students with special needs. I am looking forward to starting the new year, but I am need of materials for my classroom . Many of my students are eager and ready to learn, but sometimes need extra support in the form of sensory activities. My students need a variety of hands-on sensory activities to help them focus and learn. Each child has a different way of learning, and I believe it is important to give all of my students an outlet for their extra energy! The goal for my classroom is to have a variety of materials that will allow my students to learn in the way that is best for them. If you can please help me by donating so I am able to make the school year a great one for my students!
