It is important that as their teacher, I offer my students a variety of varying engaging strategies to learn content. I want my students to enjoy their learning and feel confident doing it. I have had huge success using Flocabulary in the past with students. They engage in the content by singing and dancing. They are getting the instruction through auditory or kinetic means so I am meeting the needs of all learners. My classroom is a community; we encourage each other and we practice being good citizens. Not only does Flocabulary offer a wide range of educational topics but they also offer a great selection of social skills and current events. I want to use flocabulary to build my community by listening to songs that encourage those core values that are so important in my classroom.
