Our school district is starting the school year all online. These students have already lost valuable time when it comes to making those critical strides in early reading development due to Covid-19. Since we do not have access to our the leveled readers we would typically use in the classroom, the only alternative is to provide our students with comparable digital reading materials. Each and every one of our students has the right to access quality reading materials at school. Digital readers will be used during daily teacher-facilitated live lesson and embedded into seesaw activities as independent practice supported at home.
