Working for an inner city charter school, my students haven’t always had the opportunity for hands-on learning. Many teachers in my school do the best we can with the resources we have, but I totally believe that some of the gaps in my students' learning can be filled with these fun and educational resources. These resources will give them opportunities to experience science with their senses and not just from an outdated science book. In addition to science materials, I’m very excited about the reading resources students will be able to use in centers.

About my class
