The classroom supplies requested have been planned into the classroom already and will be a great asset for the special learning environment we need starting this year. The yoga ball chairs will help preschoolers at the table with sensory movement to lessen the fidgeting, but also give them core strength as well, which is very important for development. The bins will give each student the opportunity to still be able to access sensory manipulatives but on an individual basis to prevent cross-contamination. The baskets will help to provide each student individual storage for their learning supplies, but also easy to tote around to learning stations. The lap desks will be great to help with the larger classes, to create a flat work area anywhere in the classroom, but also add the interest factor for learning.
