The use of flexible seating in my classroom happens daily. I use six stools at my small group table, and the ones that I have used in the past are not holding up. I also have a teacher chair that I let students buy if they earn enough Class Dojo points. The stools are a hand me down from another teacher, and many are broken. The teacher chair that I have now also is broken, and is permanently in the lowered position. I would like new stools and a teacher chair that would serve my classroom better, and could also be used as a flexible seating option throughout the day. By donating to this project, you can provide new seating for all! The stools that I have asked for in this project are sturdier, and can hold a lot more weight. They are also square in shape making them less able to tip. They are welded together and will not break apart as quickly over time from use. The teacher chair that I chose also seems much more durable. I have seen how important seating is and how it affects our classroom for teachers and students alike!
