The math manipulatives will help the students who are kinesthetic learners. While using manipulatives students who are kinesthetic learners retain more math skills. For instance, play money is exciting for students, and it prepares them to handle money in the real world. The games will make a difference in the students' learning as well allows the student to use other manipulatives for creative play. There is a time to focus and complete the task, but there is also an appropriate time for creative play. There is also a time for mindfulness. I added mindfulness materials for my students to learn to relax and calm themselves when they are stressed.
