I have picked out materials that my students can make connections to and reflect on their everyday life. A favorite of mine is incorporating influencial women and men that have created an impact on the world. By using resources from Teachers Pay Teachers for displaying influential men and women around the world, they too can do amazing things. I also found materials and resources that will benefit them in their everyday lives such as word work, math engagement, and reading enhancement. I want to provide my students with the education they deserve and that starts in the classroom.
