I am requesting language and math manipulatives that will engage children in hands on activities. These activities will not only help students academically, but they will also encourage collaboration and perseverance while teaching fundamental skills. My students are coming to school with a knowledge of how to make a screen work but are missing the ability to manipulate items to make them work. I want them to view learning as fun. My goal is to have children experience success at a young age so they will have confidence for future challenges.

About my class
