The camera system that I am requesting will help my students to have a greater sense of safety and security as we are housed in a building remote from the rest of the main School. The system will also allow me greater flexibility to leave the main classroom to council and advise a student and still provide for the safety and security of the remaining students. Using recordings from class sessions will allow me as a teacher to study methods that have had successful outcomes so that I may perfect them for use by other Staff as well. It will also allow me to review and document bad behavior so that I can find ways off preventing it from repeating.
