Have you met a student that doesn't love science? Neither have I! Science is a subject that all my students love, and look forward to attending every day. We practice making observations and inferences by looking at scientific pictures of interesting things that are familiar and unfamiliar to us! We look through our house to find elements in common household items, and we talk about the orange skies in California. However, science is not enough to engage students during distance learning.... Engaging students during class is crucial for the development of future scientists! Having access to an iPad and its support accessories can help me create interactive and unique videos and learning materials that will help students stay involved and engaged during distance learning, and it will promote further interest in science. My students have already shown that they love science, but help us stay engaged and stay focused on science at home.
