I am teaching Government, Economics, and World History virtually this year. I am excited to give my students the opportunity to dive deeper into the past. Many of them have 3rd grade reading levels and textbooks can be hard for them to work through. Magazines give the students an opportunity to practice their reading, and gain the needed information in a more relaxed and entertaining fashion. Having interesting and relevant pictures available to supplement the information makes it more real and understandable to them, helping it stick in their minds.

About my class
