I'd like to start my year off with some engaging lessons and also create a classroom environment that reinforces growth mindset, celebrating and learning from mistakes, celebrating diversity, and a positive classroom environment. I'd like some funding to order posters and classroom materials for engaging scientific lessons. These lessons will engage my students in learning and set the tone for a positive classroom environment for the whole school year. Students come to my classroom from many backgrounds and abilities and my goal is to create an authentic learning experience that helps them succeed academically and beyond.
