These materials will help students who struggle with focus and attention. Many of my students have difficulty sitting in one place for any amount of time. The wiggle pads and stretchy bands will give them an opportunity to feel as if they are moving when they are actually sitting still. The vibrating cushion and liquid tile mats will be used as a sensory break for when they get over stimulated. The letter formation sand trays will allow students to feel and see what they are writing. All of these materials will be a great asset to my class.
