During this pandemic, our emotional support high school students have expressed feeling overwhelmed with fear and anxiety. Returning to school is not likely to decrease these emotions! As we gear up to return to the "new normal", we will work with our class, as a group, to decrease their internal stress through Yoga. Yoga irrefutably benefits the mind and body. The posters and worksheets are an easy reference to reinforce and encourage a healthy lifestyle. Hopefully, these skills will transfer to students for their lifetime. Help us to find our Zen!

About my class
