My first-graders are spending more time that ever in their seats due to social distancing policies. They have adapted wonderfully to wearing masks and staying several feet away from others at all times, but they need to wiggle! Six-year-olds are not meant to sit still! Children are more focused and better problem solvers when they can move around and get comfortable. These seating options will allow my students to choose how they sit and add a little more excitement to our day. Students will also feel free to move about their seats without fear of tipping their chairs.
