Students are struggling with more stress and anxiety today. The pandemic has caused students to experience trauma on more levels than we can imagine. My goal as the school counselor is to provide a safe space for students to talk about their problems while teaching healthy coping skills to help deal with stress, anxiety, and depression. All the items on this donors choose will be used to promote a positive school climate and help students at Somerset Academy Skye Canyon. There is a great need for mental health intervention and your donation will positively impact our students lives.

About my class
