Access to graphing calculators will help bridge my scholars' thinking from basic math to Algebra, Statistics, STEM, and Linear Mathematics. My students currently have NO access to such a tool, but have the capacity to learn high school algebra when supplied with resources to facilitate such a journey. They will learn these concepts regardless as they are thirsty for the knowledge and I'm committed to presenting it. However, this will alleviate frustration and extra computational steps and allow for the focus to be on the Standard(s)/concepts presented. They make me proud daily!
