Students will learn as we use these books for read alouds, but also as they will be able to look at them, read them, and reflect on the books. I plan to hold many conversations and even writing projects around these real and authentic books. Students will learn how to be people and citizens that are fair, loving, and honest. They will have a change in perspective which will raise them to be a generation of change and difference makers. These books help to bridge the gap that is missing.

About my class
