The yoga mats will be used to provide flexible classroom seating options for students and will serve multiple purposes. The mats will allow students to safely social distance in the classroom, providing them with a personal learning space and a place to practice exercises related to mental/emotional well-being. In addition, students will be able to collaborate with their peers for learning activities as the mats will signal boundaries, while also enabling them to communicate. The yoga mats will help them be conscious and aware of their proximity to their classmates.
