With these culturally authentic comic books and leveled readers, my students will be able to practice their reading skills and increase target language vocabulary by choosing titles that interest them. We will also use these books as supports for class discussions about cultural topics including history, geography and holiday traditions. Reading is the easiest and best way to improve language skills, and I can't wait to provide this opportunity to my students. I have chosen comic books and leveled readers as they are the most easily accessible to my students.
