As the storm of the pandemic forced our students to transform into virtual learners, I, a theatre performance teacher, had to revamp and refocus my curriculum to utilize the new 'classroom'. I discovered the exciting world of animation. Animation provided our students a chance to use their technology as a creative outlet to express their own stories and experiences. Our 1st quarter classes created awesome works but where limited by Chromebook's keyboard-facing camera. Acquiring a classroom set of webcams and tripods would free my young filmmakers to tell their story.
