Read alouds are a vital part of kindergarten. Most importantly, I want my students to be able to see themselves in the stories we read. This is my main focus with this project. I am looking to buy both online and tangible reading materials that represent my kids' identities. It is important to me that my scholars feel represented and heard. That starts with diversity and inclusion in the books that we read together. I have carefully selected books that I feel encompass these core values and celebrate my students.

About my class
