My goal with this project is to provide my students with a practical book, The Stress Survival Guide for Teens: CBT Skills to Worry Less, Develop Grit, and Live Your Best Life, a book they may not have considered reading. If our students are learning remotely, they will have the tools to give themselves the structure necessary to be productive while at home. Through your donations, my students will gain access to valuable knowledge and social and emotional learning skills: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. This will make them better prepared for acceptance to universities and colleges, and ultimately allow them to make important contributions to our society. Thank you for touching the lives of our young adults, our future leaders!
