Over the years, I have found that students enjoy math practice much more when they use whiteboards. As a teacher, they are great for me to be able to easily see their work, and this year, the boards will help the students to work collaboratively while staying socially distanced. We also will be trying to get students outside, so they can socially distance without masks and to get them fresh air whenever possible. All these supplies are easily transported to alternative learning areas. Finally, our students are going to stay in one classroom, while we teachers move from class to class, so the large boards are for my instruction and guided practice. I will wheel them on a cart from room to room. Thank you!
