I think during this difficult time, quality is at the forefront. The gaps in inequality only continues to grow. Having access to great video can make the difference in motivating a child to learn. We all remember the old photocopy our teachers used to give us. You could tell it had been ran through the copy machines hundreds of times. The pictures were just black squares. It is no different today, what good is it to spend hours recording a lesson when the quality isn’t great. Manually moving the camera to record my face and then zooming out to try and fit the paper on screen only to find out it’s mirrored takes away from the lesson. Let’s help kids see what’s so exiting about science with an Elmo STEM CAM!
