The world culture items that I chose will help my students, both virtually and in class, see items from a number of countries and different cultures and help them relate to the material we are discussing in class. The benefit of seeing something first hand gets students more engaged and interested in the subject or country we are learning about. Students learn in a variety of ways and these items will capture their interest and give them the desire to learn more. My students deserve all that they need to learn and these materials give them that extra boost.
