This school year has been very difficult for many of us, especially our students. Many of the resources are supported by research and align with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is shown to help reduce anxiety and promote healthy coping behaviors and thoughts. The materials that I am hoping to receive would help support the mental health of my students and encourage connection and growth. Students would benefit from engaging in group activities and establish connections that they have been missing as a result of virtual learning. The coloring materials would be helpful for students who want to take a break during the day and refocus. I would love for my students to have these resources for when we return to hybrid learning this spring.
