I've created a wishlist with items that my students can use at home during school closures. My students really enjoy hands-on visual learning, so I’m giving them backpacks with math manipulatives. If funded, each student will have their own set of supplies that they can continue to reuse for years. Since I teach SDC, I will teach the same students for several years. I plan to reuse these items again and again. Having personal supplies is also safer considering COVID 19. I also inlcuded needed adapted supplies and sensory items. These supplies will make learning at home easier for both parents and students. It’s important to me that my students can continue to feel successful and continue to grow. Thank you for your support of my classroom and my students.
