Most of my students do not have access to art supplies at home. I can pull together paper, colored pencils and markers from my school to send home for my students to express themselves through art therapy; but, I don't have access to pencil sharpeners or a non-messy paint option to send to them. My students need non-verbal outlets to express their feelings, learn coping skills, acquire problem solving skills and bolster self-esteem which all occurs through the creative process. Our school system has no more money in the budget for art supplies, so I truly need your help. Thank you!
