Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this upcoming school year will be like no other! Our district is opening with a blended learning model, that means that students will learn in school and at home. Students will only be in the physical building for 1-2 days a week. We are asking for ID badge lanyards in three different colors for these days. Students will be able to identify their cohort by the color of their lanyard. They will also be able to keep their mask secure on the clip! Most of the students at our school will be learning remotely 2/3 of this school year. Remote learning means learning at home. During Spring 2020 when schools were closed and remote learning started, our school was not able to provide all students with the technology they needed. One of the biggest issues we faced was that all students did not have earbuds with microphones. It is essential that each student has their own set of earbuds to be successful at learning at home. I want to make sure that each student has what they need to succeed during blended learning. Students need to be able to focus on learning with the materials they need during this school year!
