Our students are a diverse group of New York City high school girls. Being a school with a high population of native Spanish speakers, our Spanish department has been challenged with the task of creating engaging projects for native Spanish speakers, while teaching Spanish as a foreign language to the non-Spanish speakers. We came up with the idea to have the Spanish speakers publish a magazine that their peers will eventually be able to read.

About my class
