In order for students to effectively communicate in their virtual learning community they will need to have headphones to be be able to listen attentively when others are talking and be able to respond when they are called upon in a clear way .The headphone is also used to get rid of distrations whether from home where many will be sharing spaces with their other siblings or other persons working from home or at school with other students who they will sahre space with. Additionallly, there are students who will be assigned task at their own pace and will have to work on their own . Therefore the headphone will assist such students in working quietly on their own . Students of Us History will be given many videos to watch and respond to questions , therefore the headpohnes will help to decrease noise in the room and keep everyone focus.
